Regularly dropping and promoting tracks? Save on Distro and Ad costs by buying a credit bundle!

Credits can be used on Releases, Mastering and Ad Campaigns, and are more cost effective than paying for individual items. Credit bundles help us reduce the number of card processing fees we pay, and we pass those savings on to you!

The bigger the bundle, the more you save!

We also regularly giveaway credits for competitions and prizes.

Does my credit balance expire?

No, there's no rush! Credits will stay in your account until you're ready to use them.

Can I use credits to pay for a subscription?

No, credits can only be used for one-time purchases like distribution, mastering and ad campaigns.

Can I have credits and a subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions provide unlimited standard distribution, but there are other things you can use credits for, like expediting a release, mastering a track or running an ad campaign.

Do I have to pay with credits?

No, all our services can be purchased without using credits, but it's normally more cost effective to use credits. You can always switch the toggle to pay with cash instead.

Where can I buy credits?

You can top up your credits by hitting the credits icon. On mobile, you'll find this in the main menu, and on desktop you'll see this in the top left corner of your account. We'll also give you an option to buy more credits at checkout when you buy mastering, a release, or a Fan Builder campign.

If the toggle is set to "Credits" but you don't have enough to complete the transaction, you'll see the message below. If you'd rather not buy another credit bundle, you can hit the toggle to "Pay Now" and use an alternative method.
