When you first sign up, you'll need to enter your Artist Name.
If you're just getting started as an artist, and aren't quite settled on your name, you can change your name later on the Artist Profile page, as long as you have not distributed music from this account already.
Adding and Connecting Social Media Pages
You may want to connect your social media pages to Beatchain.
This is so we can bring information about your web presence and fanbases together for you to keep tabs on!
This is all publicly available data, which means anyone can pretty much access it with a bit of Googling! To save you a few searches, we look up the data for you every 24 hours and compile it in your Insights tab.
If we find a wrong profile for you in our initial search, click 'This Isn't Me' and you'll be able to enter a handle or link to your correct account. If you don't have one or more of the accounts, or don't want to track it, just click Do Not Track.
We don't send any messages to the artist pages you add to your account. All communications will be sent to the email address you signed up with.
If you do want to access more advanced analytics and start running ads via your social media pages, you can choose to connect (i.e. log in with) your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
