What's Happening?
We've added an option to pay a one-time fee per release instead of needing a monthly/annual subscription to distribute.
We've added this to help artists who only distribute a couple of releases each year and don't want to pay a monthly fee when they aren't releasing.
You'll now be able to access all our other cutting-edge features without a subscription, including linkshares, analytics tools and social media management.
Going forward we won't be offering monthly subscriptions to new customers, but if you're already on a subscription and are happy paying a monthly fee for unlimited releases, there's no need to worry; you can stay on your current plan.
How much will it cost?
$8.99 for single track releases and $24.99 for multi-track releases.
There are no monthly or yearly fees to keep your music live. Once it's up, it's up!
You can now access all our other features without a subscription, including HypeLinks, Presaves, Insights, Launchpad, Fan Builder and Activity Feed.
Keeping your subscription
If you're happy with your current subscription, then there's no need to do anything -you can continue to pay a monthly fee for unlimited distribution. If you're a prolific distributor, this may be the best option for you.
Moving to Pay as you Go
If you aren't releasing music every month, it might make sense for you to move to Pay as you Go (PAYG) distribution. Here's what it means for artists on each of our current subscriptions:
Moving to PAYG from the Premium Plan
You will still have access to all the features from your Premium Plan, including HypeLinks, Presaves, Insights, Launchpad, Fan Builder and Activity Feed.
If you choose to unsubscribe, any published releases will stay live and will continue to accrue royalties. We won't take any of your existing tracks down unless you ask us to (or if our T&Cs are being broken).
You won't be able to do unlimited releases each month. Instead you'll need to pay $8.99 for a one-track release and $24.99 for a multi-track release. There's no annual fee to keep these tracks live.
There'll be 21 days minimum lead time to get new releases live instead of 14.
Moving to PAYG from the Essentials Plan
You will still have access to all the features from your Essentials Plan, including HypeLinks, Presaves, Insights, Launchpad, Fan Builder and Activity Feed
