By connecting your Instagram account to our platform you get access to a number of extra features:

First you will need to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook page

Step 1: Go to your Facebook Fan Page

Step 2: Click Settings

Step 3: Click Instagram, then log in to your Instagram account

Step 4: If the account is not an Instagram Business account, you will be prompted to set up your business profile
​

Step 5: Continue through the steps to convert the account to an Instagram Business Account

Step 6: When you are done, you will have successfully connected the Page to the Instagram Business Account

Step 7: Go back to the platform and click your artist image at the top right of the screen. Select 'Social Media Accounts'

Step 8: Click the Connect Instagram Button and select the account you want to link.

You should be able to fix this issue by disconnecting your Instagram AND Facebook from the platform, then reconnecting them.

Basically you need to re-verify that you want us to have certain accesses to your Facebook account now that it's linked to your Insta. Reconnecting your Facebook does exactly that!
